Normanna provides numerous professional services for our residents including Physician Services, Care Coordination, Nursing, Resident Care Aides, and Recreation Therapy.
Normanna is staffed with a dedicated and attentive team of multi interdisciplinary professionals all of whom are committed to creating a caring, healing environment so that all residents may experience and enjoy healthy living.

Physician services
Normanna has a facility agreement in place to provide physician care and services, overseen by our Facility Medical Director.
Physician Availability
Your assigned physician will make regular, scheduled visits to Normanna. If you would like to arrange an additional visit, please speak with your nurse.
If you prefer to continue seeing your current physician, they will need to sign a facility agreement and commit to a regular visiting schedule. Please discuss this with your nurse for more information.
Care Coordinator
Care Coordinators help provide updates on our residents’ health and status with our medical team.

Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Nurse

We encourage our residents to enjoy an active lifestyle and offer many recreation therapy programs aimed to promote a fun and fulfilling experience.

spiritual care
At Normanna, our team is dedicated to providing opportunities for spiritual expression. Our spiritual calendar includes non-denominational services with Bethesda Ministry of Love, monthly church services with Mt. Zion Lutheran Church, Bible study groups, gospel hymn singing, spiritual music and sharing inspirational stories and messages.
