Normanna provides numerous professional services for our residents. Services include the following:

Physician Services
Normanna maintains a facility agreement for the provision of physician care and services which are monitored by our Facility Medical Director.
Availability
Your physician will make scheduled visits to Normanna and you can speak to your Nurse should you wish to have a visit.
If you prefer to maintain your current community physician he / she will be required to sign a facility agreement and commit to a regular visiting schedule. Please discuss this with the nurse.
Care Coordinator
Care Coordinators help provide updates on your health and status with our medical team.
Availability
Monday through Friday (except Statutory Holidays) 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Nurse
Normanna is staffed with a dedicated and attentive team of multi interdisciplinary professionals all of whom are committed to creating a caring, healing environment so that all residents may experience and enjoy healthy living.
Our dynamic team comprises of:
- Director of Clinical Care Services
- Care Coordinator
- Certified Nutrition Manager
- Manager of recreation
- Registered Nurses and Licensed practical nurses 24/7
- Activity of daily living aides
Resident Care Aide
