Lisa Leslie, Vice President

Lisa has built a diverse and accomplished career in real estate, business ownership, construction, and community leadership, while maintaining a strong commitment to volunteer service.

Beginning in 1964, She managed apartment buildings in Vancouver until 1969. From 1971 to 1984, Lisa worked as a real estate agent with Block Bros. Realty in Coquitlam, BC. In 1984, She established and successfully operated a ladies’ wear store in downtown Victoria until 1987. Returning to real estate, she served as an agent with Sutton Group in Vancouver from 1987 to 2001.

In addition to real estate and retail experience, Lisa undertook major construction projects as a general contractor. From 1996 to 1997, she oversaw the construction of a three-storey log house in 108 Mile Ranch, BC. From 2001 to 2002, she managed the conversion of a log house into a restaurant in 108 Mile Ranch in the South Cariboo, and subsequently operated the restaurant from May to October 2002.

Community involvement has always been a priority. From 1992 to 1997, [Name] served as Chief Organizer of the annual block parties in South Granville, Vancouver. Between 2005 and 2007, Lisa organized the 108 Mile Heritage Site’s annual July 1 celebrations. From 2007 to 2009, she was Costume Department Head for the 100 Mile House Theatre Company. From 2008 to 2011, she served as a Director of the Cariboo Family Enrichment Centre.
