Lisa Kabatoff, Director
Lisa Kabatoff is a highly accomplished business and program transformation leader with over 35 years of experience at TELUS, where she successfully led large-scale initiatives involving business transformation, acquisitions, technology, customer operations, and strategic growth. Throughout her career, Lisa has demonstrated strong leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills, managing multi-million-dollar programs and leading diverse cross-functional teams across Canada. Among her many accomplishments, she successfully led the integration of 18 cable companies across British Columbia and Alberta, the national rebranding of more than 3,400 TELUS fleet vehicles, and major business transformation initiatives. Her contributions have been recognized with the TELUS Legend Award and the CEO Passion for Growth Award.
Beyond her professional career, Lisa has been an active and dedicated member of her community. She has served as President and Board Member of the College Park Community Association and as Vice President and Board Member of the I AM SOMEONE Anti-bullying Society. She has also been involved with the Icelandic Canadian Club of BC and the TELUS Women’s Network. With her extensive leadership experience, strategic perspective, and strong commitment to community involvement, Lisa is enthusiastic about the opportunity to contribute her knowledge and experience to Normanna as a member of its Board of Directors and to support the organization’s continued growth and success.
